It Don't Bother Me
B. Sheffield - Copyright 2007 - (from the album) Journal on the Shelf
Well the lightening flash and the thunder roar
It don’t bother me
The devil is pounding at my door, but it don’t bother me
The oceans swell and the rivers rise
It don’t bother me
Hell is raining in paradise
But it don’t bother me (repeat twice)
If the mountains should all crumble right down to
the sea
God is still in heaven and it don’t bother me
Mass devastation, it don’t bother me
Total annihilation, it don’t bother me
And dead here in the middle of World War III
God is still in Heaven
And it don’t bother me.
Well the earth below begins to shake
The people tremble and the mountains quake
The planes crash and the buildings fall
God is watching above it all
And it don’t bother me
Mass devastation, it don’t bother me
Total annihilation, it don’t bother me
If the mountains should all crumble right down to
the sea
God is still in heaven and
It don’t bother me.
